Sorry I must be blind, but what exactly does this software do? Is it registry software? HIPS? AV? Norton Utilities clone?
When I look at their page I can not see any info on what it does.

    What is smart scan?

Ok, first comment out of the gate: He's simply reporting what VirusTotal found...and I can confirm his findings. Further, you might like it, but it may NOT be a great tool. Now, Franklin, my thoughts on the results:

    1. The most well-known of the engines didn't capture anything (Ikarus did, but I don't have any experience with it).

    2. The ones who did flag it as a trojan flagged it as the "delf" variety. My only comment on that is that every time I've had something flagged as that variety it has been an FP, so, I'm not sure what to think there.

    3. Previx flagged it as malicious, but could that be because it is a HIPS and seeing as how this System Repair Engineer may deal with deep down Windows settings, Previx is suspicious? Of course it would more likely flag it once the exe was run if that was the case, but I don't know. Esafe and Webwasher flag it suspicious too, but again, no experience with those programs.

    Just some thoughts.

Edit: P.S, Avast, SAS and Malwarebytes didn't detect anything when I scanned the ZIP file. I also don't like a webpage touting a product it has no explanation for.

    Hi,

This app seems to be very popular among Chinese PC users,
It is a Chinese version of Hijack This.
    It warrants an exploring. :-*

I've been using this one for a while, and it's easily superior HJT! in terms of features and functionality. One of the tools I fire up first when cleaning infected PCs, along with ESET SysInspector and IceSword.

Lol, so those of us who don't like it are "not in good faith" and even worse "prejudice", but those of us who do like it are "clear-sighted" and just plain smarter? I don't get you, but that's ok, I probably don't need to "get" you. Perhaps you're the dev of these programs and are just proud of them, I don't know.

Combination of not knowing English very well, being a little judgemental and not taking criticism too well.

I think you're right that there's a big language problem here. Would someone with fluent English please test this product and post a review?

Hey there, just wanted to let you know I meant no offense to you about the lack of English. Sorry to say this but a lot of these programs from China aren't exactly on the "up and up" (meaning a lot of them aren't safe), that's not slighting the people of China, it's just something that's been shown to happen. Also, whether it turns out to be a false positive or not, anytime a program is flagged by an antivirus as containing something malicious, people will be suspicious of it.

Hopefully you don't take too much personal offense to suspicions here, and if I offended you personally, I sincerely apologize.

    Hi , everybody ,
Some antivirus softwares may cause SREng hidden process detection function failed or report error messages .
When SREng 2.6 is running , SREng will create a EXE file with random filename in SREng folder , some antivirus software will report warning messages , PLEASE IGNORE the warning message . Thanks , PROROOTECT
