What's wrong with the firewall? Yes, it's not top-notch, but how many firewalls that follows Internet Security Suites are really good? Ok, some, but most of them are medicore. No firewall in a package, for instance F-Secure IS, wont beat Comodo Firewall in leak tests. Or Online Armor for that matter.

And then second tier AV. Ok, not top-notch that either, but it is in the same league as other antiviruses. With top-notch I mean antiviruses like Avira/Kaspersky. But Norman can definately be compared with the others.

And the prize. I agree that it cost a lot, but that is just in the US. It's cheap in Europe. But they should make it cheaper yes. I totally agree.

I agree with you. Their overall detection may not be perfect, but with the help of their Sandbox their detection is really above the average (at least according to the time I tried it), and not too far from top-notch antiviruses. I've actually seen much more famous antiviruses which are more bloated/worse in heuristics/have less features/have a much lower detection and which cost a lot more.

 

Personally I think leak tests are of little value. But your other points are good.
