download manager for opera

    I have been looking for a download manager for opera.I use opera but the built in download manager is very slow.For downloads I have to use FF with Downthemall.I tried orbit but I could not make it work with opera.Any ideas?

    FDM or Orbit work quite well with Opera.

    FDM plugin integrates fine. As for Orbit, I think you have to manually place its plugin to the appropriate folder if opera can't see it.

    To get maximum bebefit from Orbit enable Orbitnet which uses P2P technology to speed up downloads.

    But that slows down browsing speed.

    Yes but you can tell Orbit to throttle downloads during browsing.
