dr web migration form

Hello,
i regularly clean infected machines for people so i thought i would buy a license so i can use drweb on my usb pen so i dont have to redownload the whole package everytime i want to use it.
but the migration form didnt work.

i filled in all the fields and choose my kaspersky .key file for upload pressed the send button but it did nothing and i got no email.
btw the browser i used is IE 7 with protected mode OS vista home premium.
anyone else had this problem?

I am migrating on one of my rigs and I got the e-mail with the code today, but when I put in the code and update the cart the price does not change? Went to the next---checkout----page and entered the code again, still no change? How long does it normally take before the code works?

 

Well after e-mailing them, it turned out the code was no good. They sent me a new code and all is well. kudos to their support team for fast service!!
