I have a Dell Precision M4300 laptop with an Iomega RPHD-U USB external 250 gig hard drive. Running Windows XP 32 sp2. After installing regdefend I have difficulty seeing and accessing the external drive. The drive has been partitioned into several smaller virtual drives. When I take regdefend out of the startup list everything works fine. Any ideas?

Which version of RegDefend are you using?

I'm sorry to hear your response, but not surprised. I wrote "tech support" about this problem a month ago when I started this thread, and still haven't heard anything back. It's too bad as their other products seem to work ok. I guess I'll have to try to return it, but I don't anticipate a quick response to that request either.

What are the problems that you're experiencing?

When I try to start certain applications, Ghost Security comes on and tells me that I can not access my internal cd drive ( I meant my cd drive), I have to clic on the retry button at least 10 times before the message goes away and the application starts, I have given up on ghost security, it is always in beta with bugs, it never has worked right and no one seems to care, and frankly hope they gag on my money and all the other money from all the people who had faith in an individual who cant follow through and produce a fully functional piece of software. There are many more hips products out there that are complete and fully finctional and are better than this, Now I have founf no one who even tests this product, so it seems it has no rating any where, Prosecurity is far better. It is sad, thought this Jason or who ever does this was on to something, but he has no fully functional results and there seems to be no support what so ever.
