Looking for Refund..

    I accidentally purchased AppDefend when I had intended on getting RegDefend. So I went ahead and made a separate purchase for RegDefend, and am asking for refund for AppDefend.

    Nearly two weeks have gone by, and still no response from support.. I'm now asking for a full refund as I seem to have purchased an unsupported program.

    I enjoy supporting "mom and pop" software developers, but their total lack of customer support is appalling.

    As a courtesy followup, I did indeed receive an email and subsequent refund for my purchases of AppDefend and RegDefend.

    Jason was apparently in the midst of a move and had a large backlog of emails to content with.

    Sorry it did not work out for you. I am a registered user of both AppDefend and RegDefend. I have been happy with both.
