Password does not stick?

    In the options menu I created a password, but the Acronis never asks for it? I can both create and restore images, and no password protection is provided. How do you get the password feature to work? Anybody can go onto my computer and restore images.

    It's version 11. The password used to work, but then it just stopped. I did a "repair" installation of the v11 program thinking that might help, but made no difference. I entered the password twice, as you are instructed to do, in the options place. Very strange?

    This is truly an egregious bug. I have dozens of DVDs and hundreds of disk images that are not password protected. Any word on that promised fix? There is no new TI 11 update available -- I just checked.
