I just finished a scan that found 6 threats. A box came up during the scan saying a klez worm had been found. The clean and quarantine buttons were grayed out. The only option was leave which resumed the scan. When it finished the only button was okay. After clicking it went to the results page where it said 6 threats found. The scan without cleaning box was unchecked. I manually deleted the file that had the klez worm.

I guess you deleted it. Do another scan. If the buttons were grayed out, Maybe NOD32 couldn't access it or the file was not found.

The klez worm was in an outlook express *.dbx file. I deleted it. I'll try doing another scan in safe mode and see what happens.
