web site problem?

I can,t access to www.sunlife.ca with my pc with nod32. My other pc without nod32 can! Is it eset blocking it? Who can access this site?

I have no problem accessing that site.
Are you running version 3.0.650.0?

 

yes i use version 3.650
I shutdown my firwall but no success.

 

If you want to be 100% sure if it is ESET or not :

1) Open Task Manager and stop egui.exe (End Task)
2) Open Start -> (Settings) -> Control Panel -> Administrative tools
3) Choose "Services"
4) Find ESET Service
5) Right click the service and choose "Stop"

Now when the service is successfully stopped , EAV is entirely stopped .

If you can now access the site , it was the ESET software that was guilty . If you still can't access the site , it is not EAV .

Restart your computer to re-enable EAV.

 

Unable stopping eset service, stop is "gray" I have vista x64 and administrator account.

 

Sorry . My mistake . Try to first right click the service and choose Properties . Then make the service "Disabled"

Now right click ESET Service and choose Stop


In order to re-enable the service , adjust it to Automatic and restart your computer
