Pc Tools Firewall

I believe it's one person who is having a problem. The Firewall is advertised as free. I have downloaded and installed it on 2 computers. It can be registered, but there is no attempt to obtain any fee for the product (i.e, does not ask for any form of payment).

 

Probably just a matter of time.

 

I guess you can say that about any currently free product! But for the time being, the firewall is free.

Hi,

This new version v.3 is FREE, period. If you are not so panic.

After reboot, open its window, it may ask license name and code, just click online registration, this will lead you to the web page where you can enter your user name and email address. Wait few minutes, check your email inbox, here you go, the code is right there. Copy/paste those info and reboot.

Your copy of PCTools Firewall plus is finally registered. and Free.

The button of upgrade now on its open window is merely for upgrading to Internet security suite.

This application does not ask for your credit card number, therefore, there is NO strings attached anyhow and anywhere. Be happy.

 

A brilliant security solution that had escaped me.

This would also be good for internet sites where one wants to remain anonymous. Good tip!!
