Ok this is plain and simple. When we have a problem with acronis we always need to do alot of hard labour to gather al kinds of system info like:

    Logs files
    Tasks Scripts
    System Information Files
    Regkeys
    File versions
    Etc

What are we voting for here.

Acronis Make a support tool which we just have to run and created a zip with all the info you guys need so we just have to mail it and go one with our lives..

    Make one for:

    SQL Recovery for MS SQL
    True Image Echo Products
    True Image Home Products.

Simple to make and we will get very happy!

USA still the best. But barely.
Back in the doze days I never had a problem with AME. But ATI was always a pita & never worked. So as many people swear by ATI. I think they should plain make ATI work easier (better GUI) on much more hardware. So I voted yes.

Do you think it's possible to make such a tool theoretically?

Esp. Linux Sys Info :D when boot cd doesn't work.

The recovery CD will be based on the most stable & customizable OS.

Gee I wonder. Not! It is Linux already. So shall it be.

    I think you don't understand.

When using Acronis's recovery CD's the subject computer is booted into a LINUX enviroment not Windows.

Ofcourse I know that duuh. But the poll is for creating a tool that gathers the windows logs etc when there are problems with the windows version not the bootcd!

Ofcourse it would also be great when the bootcd didn't work you could chose a gather information option or something which could then be mailed directly or saved on usb stick or local harddrive..... without the hassle
