    Hi Carole. You can try this also,

    Download the ff:

    http://www.merijn.org/files/bfu.zip

    (use right-click>save target as...)
    http://perso.orange.fr/Chercheur-perso/scripts/mirar.bfu
    http://perso.orange.fr/Chercheur-perso/scripts/toolbar.bfu

    Please use the two bfu scripts (thanks to Chercheur). Here's a tutorial on using BFU.

    You can try scanning with SuperAntiSpyware and Bazooka in safe mode as well.

    PS: Bazooka will not remove any infections found. It will provide a link (online encyclopedia) to infos, manual removal instructions, uninstallers for your infection.
