I am running v3.0.642.0 on Windows XP. After I run a scan and try to view the log file, memory use of egui.exe jumps to 200mb+ and CPU usage jumps to 100% and stays there until I end the process. Any insight into why this is happening and what could be done to fix it would be appreciated.

I didn't notice any increase in memory consumption when viewing an on-demand scanner log with more than 10,000 entries.

I think I found the problem. I had the box checked to log all objects, and if I was scanning the whole system that was a 300,000+ things. Once thats unchecked it's fine

I did a computer scan and my CPU usage was constant 95-99%. :-(

    I think I'm going back to v. 2.7
