New Username/password combination not working

    Hi,

    Recently I renewed my license (4home users Nod32) and bought and additional 4 licenses for Nod32 (running v2.7) via Betterantivirus.

    I received 2 username/password combination from a ESET server of which one does not work... refused by the update servers....

    I opened a support ticket at betterantivirus which was replied that I should enter the username and password in the update screen... (which I always did) however... username/password combination is still refused....

    What to do?

    Contact the reseller you bought from which in your case is Betterantivirus. You can also give it some time today and wait for them to visit the forums, which they usually do each and every day.

    What I already did a few day ago.. the reply was to enter the username and password in the setup screen ...(what I've always done in the first place) .. and the support ticket was closed even before waiting on my reply... and of course.. the mail sent was mentioned... noreply... so.. I don't reply anymore.
