Microsoft behaviour

    Unbelievable. Another way of trying to 'convince' people to only install MS products.

    And another way to shift the blame once things go wrong (blaming it on incompatibility...)

    Typical Microsoft. It's been a while since I have used Defender but I think that pops up something similar also if I am not mistaken.

    At least there are lots of us here and other places that know better. ;)

    I am not sure you can really say that's microsoft. How many times do we see some security program giving a false positive about another security program. Now the real question is how do you notify MS, and how quickly will they rectify it.

    Other AV products give similar warnings; NOD does this as of 3.0.621, and I believe Kaspersky does it too. No big deal.

    Edit: I'm assuming that the OneCare screenshot posted was captured during the installation of OneCare....?
