    When you have "inside information" on a computer system, that makes you a bigger threat than any hacker. :cool:

    yes, "insiders" are more risky than people hiding in a bush outside trying to hack their way in.

    but *the* biggest security threat to corporations are, as usual, employees who by mistake bring a usb thumbdrive from home with documents, and then it also has viruses or keyloggers. et cetera.. or people who get robbed of their laptop.

    so employees who unknowingly wreak havoc is the worst security problem, in my opinion and experience.

    Indeed . Having a trojan horse inside is much more dangerous than a direct attack from outside

    Thats why it is important to give the employee a good firewall and AV and some rules on handling the companies desktop/laptop.

    What a broad statement.

    This doesnt only apply to IT it applies to the entire buisness world,legal and illegal.

    Being a multi buisness owner for 2 decades,I can assure you one thing on this subject.

    Trust NO ONE with your livelyhood,family included!
