    Hi,

Is anyone else having problems trying to download the Remote Administrator Server and Console from http://www.eset.com/download/business.php ?

When I try, I just get a 1kb file instead of the proper file.

Also, this doesn't state if it's for version 2 or version 3 of NOD. Can someone please confirm where I should be downloading the RA console and server for NOD 3.x?

    Thanks & Regards

    Adam.

Can you check the contents of the 1KB file? It might be either an error message or a webserver status page, which could help identify the problem. Maybe try opening it with notepad or wordpad?

Note: both downloads for the two RA modules (v 2.0.33) appear to be fine at the link you posted.

Thanks for your reply, and correct:

    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">

    </head><body>
    <h1>Authorization Required</h1>

requested. Either you supplied the wrong
credentials (e.g., bad password), or your

    the credentials required.</p>
    </body></html>

    ... interesting

Don't right click the file and "Save target as" , no .

Left clickon the version link and a pop-up will appear so that you enter your license information (UN/PW)

Thanks. I think the right-click was the problem! All good now!

    Cheers
