    its called arswp , anti-rogue sweep. the software itself has English interface, I guess. But its official website is in Chinese.

    the site doesnt host downloads, it directs you to some Chinese legitimate software download sites.

    Well, good luck on finding downloads from English download sites you trust.
    I did a search on google, bad luck.
