I have Nod 32, 2.70.39. Updates have stopped because I need to renew my license. I have been a Nod user for a year and this is the first time i renew. I dont want to upgrade to version 3 yet, so I guess I dont have to download and install 2.7. Just pay for it and receive a new password, right?

When I go to eset.com and "purchase" I am redirected here:

    http://www.eurosecure.com/sitev3.asp?page=onlineshopv3

Should I buy from here at full price, or elsewhere when i renew?

yes, your new subscription details (username/password) are entered into the control panel and then you can get updates for another year or 2 depending on the renwal you buy (2 year is a better deal normally).

    Thank you for your reply.

I filled in the form yesterday, and today I got an email from them. It says I can renew my license by answering the email. Then they will send invoice to my adress (not email?).

So if I send them an email today they probably read it tomorrow. How many days till I have my invoice? 3 or 4 or 5? And then I pay. How many days till they receive my payment? 2 or 3 or 4? Then new username and password by email so I can use my AV.

THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH! MORE THAN A WEEK TO RENEW LICENSE?

This is the first time I experience anything like this. It should not take more than 5 minutes to renew a license.

I think I switch to Avira free, Avast free or AVG free.

A couple of hours after my last post I changed my mind (that may happen again because right now I dont know what to do) and answered the email from Eset.

But so far I have heard nothing.

ESET what is going on? Are you still alive?

To all other Nod users: how did you renew your license? What is your experience?

How hard can it be to let me pay with my card right now and send me new username and password? Or at least send invoice by email? Maybe they rent a horse and come riding to my adress to deliver the invoice say...march/april? Is it year 2007?

You should get your license details in a couple of minutes. Have you received a sort of confirmation email at least? If so, could you email to support[at]eset.com with this thread's url in the subject?

    Thanks for your respons Marcos.

    1. I filled in this form:

    http://www.esetscandinavia.com/purchase/renew_license/?s=shop

    2. One day later I received an e-mail from who I believe is Eset Scandinavia. E-mail written in Swedish. (I am Norwegian but no problem). They tell me if I want to renew I must answer by this e-mail, tell them which license I want, license period and for how many computers. Further they tell me they will send me an invoice by mail. (They say mail, not e-mail). I am supposed to pay this invoice to their Norwegian account. And then they will send me a new username and password. I dont know if they will send username and pw by mail or e-mail, it doesnt say.

Until your reply Marcos this is all. I have not received invoice or anything.

I know it is christmas and understand if people dont work right now, but with other routines it should not be a problem. I think I should be able to renew my license no matter if they are at work or not. Or am I wrong?

Anyway I e-mail to support with this thread's url in the subject now, and see what happens.

Edit: The e-mail I received in Swedish was from ****(at)eurosecure.com where **** is name of the person who sent it.

Licenses are sent as soon as the purchase request is verified, before the invoice is sent, so you don't have to wait for the payment to be processed.

I've sent you a PM, so I can look into this issue.
