OK, yet another problem with TI 11 8053

In addition to a monthly backup to a NAS, I have a weekly differential backup to a 50GB Secure Zone.
It is now full and any attempts to make backups gives an error.
I know how it's supposed to work and I know that I could delete it and start again but I'm hoping someone can tell me how to fix the problem itself.

Add this to my other problems I've reported:

Backup System state - Never worked (causes 100% CPU use)
Try & Decide - Works until SZ is full. Then What?
Boot media - Doesn't work with my Intel Raid ( I do have a custom ISO now)
Home Page Keeps forgetting when my last Backup was.
Backup Task Progress stuck at 0%
    I'm probably forgetting some...

    From Acronis:

"Please notice that Acronis Secure Zone operates on following rules:

    • If there is not enough free space in the zone to create a backup, the program deletes the oldest full backup with all subsequent incremental/differential backups.
    • If there is only one full backup (with subsequent incremental/differential backups) left and a full backup is in progress, then the old full backup and incremental/differential backups are deleted.
    • Otherwise, (only one full backup left, and an incremental/differential backup is in progress) you will get a message about space error. In that case you will have to either re-create the full backup or increase Acronis Secure Zone."

Yes it makes some sense I suppose.
I changed the task to Full backups only and it cleaned up the SZ.

I really don't see why this can't be made more clear when the user sets up a task like this though. Further, there doesn't seem to be any way to set how many inc/diff backups to make before a full backup in the Secure Zone.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hello vango44,

If you're not stuck with only a single hard drive, have you considered using TI 11's Backup Location feature rather than the Secure Zone?

    Regards
