Tough choice between OA free and Comodo v3. I vote for the latter as I have a couple issues with OA.

Both are good firewall however and I would recommend either.

None. You can't answer because the poll is too limited.
Have you stopped beating your wife? Yes or no.

I agree. I voted for OA free, but in reality I use the paid version.

Comodo 3 over Online Armor as I also experience several problems with it on my setup. Comodo wins in the reliability stakes for me.

IMO Webroot is the class of this field. Great firewall (Private firewall clone) + a very effective HIPS with MUCH less user harassment (& NO bugs) than is true for Com3.

The poll is too narrow, because I try to focus on specific firewalls.
There is a reason behind this:

Although Agnitum Outpost firewall Pro 6.0, tested 100% at matousec.com,
many users complained about it and its spyware detection (see the relevant Thread).

Therefore, I tried to inlude ONLY firewalls that
    a) scored high at matousec.com (i.e. Online Armorv2 & Comodo v2) and
    b) are expected to score high in the future (i.e. Comodo 3 & Webroot 5.5)

Once again, thank you for participating!!!

I think OnLine Armor is good, but I uninstalled it (their past version) coz it almost takes forever before I can see my desktop when I log-in and I could not return to see again what I have allowed and blocked on its first run of installation. :p

I know that this one is criticized by a lot of folks, but I use Windows Firewall because it's easy to use and personally, I dislike the "learning" process that some firewalls require and Windows Firewall basically runs by itself.

Usually the one built into the suite I happen to be using or Windows Firewall.

Voted Comodo 2 since it's the most I've used with stand alone firewalls and liked it the best.

I tried all of those listed and would vote for Comodo 3. But at the same time I have to say that ZoneAlarm Pro is my favorite of all FWs because it is very effective and imho has the very best interface of all of them (by far). :thumb:
