What version are you using? Did you get any error messages during installation?

I was getting the same message and I tried everything to fix it. Only a repair install of Windows XP fixed it. Are you running XP?

Please fill out a 'customer care support request' form with your computer configuration information. This can be found under 'Help and support' on the main GUI.

I've been having the same problem since I upgraded to V3 back end of last year. I thought it was an incompatibility with SpamFighter as that now doesn't seem to work properly now either (come to think of it neither does Outlook Express). It isn't SpamFighter as the problem's still there if I unistall it. NOD's fine when first installed - it's when I reboot that it goes wobbly. Seems to me like a classic case of a software development not being thoroughly tested before being released. I'm going back to the previous version and will be forced to look elsewhere if this becomes unsupported. Re a previous post - I'm running a fully patched XP SP2.
