What to hell is that? Just now, i get an enormous Sign Update Size dat.file 3100.

However did the number of signatures under status remain invariably? o_O

Please check your Signatures Folder of the AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5. The latest Signature Update file is 3302.dat and there should be 203 signature files inside the Signatures Folder.
And compare number of "Signatures in database" on the Status screen of the AVG Anti-Spyware with the "Known threats in database" number on our website www.ewido.net (see on the left top side)

Probably 3100.dat got somehow corrupted or deleted (disk-/filesystem-error) and was then downloaded again during an update.
