Online Armor question for Mike, thanks.

Mike, I have been trying out the free version of OA for a couple of days and I must admit that I really like this thing. I am about ready to send tallemu some money for the paid version, but one thing is stopping me.

The last two security programs that I have purchased had a refund period and I ended up needing it in both cases ... sometimes things simply show up after you purchase that don't occur during the trial.

I cannot find anything on the tallemu website about refunds. Do you guys offer it? Thank you, and your presence here at Wilders is much appreciated.

Thanks, guys, but I will wait to hear from Mike, then I will have a "legal contract" ... well, ok, not really, but I really do trust Mike from reading his many posts (yes, I've been lurking). If only all software companies listened and answered as much!

I've been one of the beta testers for OA for almost
a year now. When a problem is reported i believe that
Mike does not sleep until it's fixed. If all software
makers did business the way he does we would not
need written contracts.

 

We do not officially offer a money back guarantee because we have trial versions, free versions etc that people can use to determine if the program meets their needs.

However, several people have contacted us for a refund due to different circumstances (for example, one guy did not notice we don't yet support Vista) - and usually we give it to them if they ask and there's a good reason.

So Acadia, if you give me your money and you want it back - sure, no problems if it's within a reasonable timeframe. But I will suggest to you to have a go at the trial version first, because that activates to a full version with the key.

but Mike, when is OA going to support VISTA?
