When I clone a hard drive onto another drive should I disconnect one drive before I reboot the machine ? Ask because having drive letter change problems at end of clone. Source drive has 2 partitions and I re-clone in order to update my system backup. :)

Yes, it is best to disconnect old before first bootup after cloning. Some have reported the disconnect not necessary but doing the disconnect first has fixed the problem for many. You may need to change a bios setting for proper drive selection.
