Upgrading from 2.7 to 3.0

    How will the subject be done? Should I buy a license for 3.0 version if I already have one for 2.7?

    Will it be done as a PCU or should I install it manually? If second, may I install it over 2.7 version?

    P.S. I have a Russian localized version.
