    Hello Everyone,

For some reason, whenever I am doing a silent install on a pc, it does not complete. I have tried to re-install it a few different times using a silent install from a USB disk. I have also tried doing a silent install from an email as well as a batch file that starts on boot up. None of these seem to be working.

I am using version 2.7 if that helps.

    Thanks,
    Derek

Your v2 NOD32 files must be first extracted from the sfx archive. You must use correct commands and run the setup :

setup.exe /silentmode is the corrent one
    Perhaps better will be:
    setup.exe /silentmode /reboot

Well, the pc's that I am using I cant reboot for 1 full month. So I install this and then I reboot the PC in a month. So it takes me 1 month before I can even get to find out whether or not it worked correctly.

With the installation, I do use /s (from my understanding the /s was supposed to replace the /silentmode) if this is not correct I will try /silentmode

    Thanks for the reply :)

You are a life saver. I found out why it was not working. Thanks so much :)

It was not connecting to my server. I forgot that I have that sitting outside of my proxy and I was trying to route it into an IP address that my proxy had set.

My ip 69.00.00.00 was trying to connect to 10.00.00.00 (of course 00.00.00 for security reasons) which it was continuing to Time out.

    Thanks again :D
