I think the free upgrade is available only for Australia, but the upgrade path is not sorted out yet.

Why is an upgrade path from NOD32 AV 2.7 to ESS 3.0 free in Australia, but when everyone else has to pay for it? Hardly seems fair o_O Surely we're all registered paying customers, no matter where we happen to live!

    Hi cuddlymum,

    Welcome to Wilders :)

In Australia, currently licensed users of NOD32 or any competing suite from other vendors are eligable for this upgrade to ESS.

Just hit reply to the email you received and request your participation in the upgrade offer. It would probably be worth including your NOD32 licence number and expiry date and the name it was originally registered in, or for upgrading to ESS from other products include a copy of the valid license and invoice from purchase.

If any Australians do not have access to this offer already from another reseller, there is a copy of an offer email --> HERE

Please note that we are still waiting for the final steps in the process to be put in place so that we can begin processing of the upgrade requests but we are glad to have all the details on file ready to go for as soon as we can.

    Cheers :)

this is not on at all all this guff about uk prices is a joke.
microsoft, sony etc all try the same excuse to rip us off here.
and we just nod( no pun intended :p ) our heads as usual
and all this cost of living rubbish doesn't work or why do people fly to the us and get stuff cheap and vice versa :cautious:
