Nod32 3.0 R1

I tried installing the latest Nod32 3.0 R1, but all it says is, "try to find the installation package 'ess_nt32_enu_2.msi'"

I have no idea what that is and need some assistance.

Do you use a download manager to download files from the Internet? If not, could you try downloading the installer using another browser?

 

Download the setup file again and make sure you see it in your C drive. e.g lets say you hit download button and you save the file to C:\ then when you see "download finished" make sure you can see this file ess_nt32_enu_2.msi when you double click on my computer and double click on C: drive.

I guess the problem is that you are running the file from internet explorer using "run" command instead of "save".

It didn't work It says that it can't remove the older version of Eset Smart Security. I tried to remove it, but had no luck.
