Contact ESET / the distributor or the reseller they purchased NOD32 from:
    http://www.eset.com/partners/worldwide.php

And calm down !!! Explain your client that such things happen from time to time and that you are going to fix this soon . Nothing will change with "woohoo" , "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" , "Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr" and "!!!"

Are you sure the email is really from eset or vendor? I agree with you that it is one of the best if not the best on the market today.I am sure a quick call to eset or the vendor of purchase will resolve the issue.I spoke to customer service once at eset and the response was excellent.I have total faith the company will resolve this. There reputation has been very good overal.best regards

I have checked the Username and Password sent to you and it works perfectly.

There are only six causes for not being able to download the NOD32 installer from the Internet, and all are due to data entry of the Username and Password, as listed below:

    1. Use of small letters instead of capital letters for the Username.

    2. Removal of the hyphen in the Username.

    3. Copy and paste of a “space” at the beginning or end of the Username, which adds an extra character to the length.

    4. Use of capital letters instead of small letters for the Password.

    5. Copy and paste of a “space” at the beginning or end of the Password, which adds an extra character to the length.

    6. Interchanging letters and numbers in the Password, such as using the number zero “0” instead of the letter “o” (or vice versa), or using the number “1” instead of the lowercase letter L: “l” (or vice versa).

The only Username and Password that will be accepted is the one provided by ESET, and it has to be entered at the correct length of 10 characters long for both, as well as use of each letter and number must be precise. No other means will work.

I have just checked your Username and Password; it works correctly and allows for downloading, installing and updating of NOD32. The Username and Password tested was from the license that was sent to you.

Make that seven ... we get a few complaints a week from people whose downloads fail when they try to download a multiple-PC version with a (licensed or temporary) Single User U/P.
