    Hi Guys

    Anyone using BitDefender 2008?
It is pretty light and feels ok. But I'm not sure about the firewall.

the firewall is fine, its certainly better than the previous versions, i actually think its a little too pop-up hungry, but im sure it will keep the bad boys out. ;)

just get yourself behind a router if you have too many worries about any firewall.

That's true but for my feeling. The firewall in KIS and the ZoneAlarm firewall are much better or not?

    Hello The One

I currently have BitDefender Internet Security 2008 installed on my computer. I don't have problems with the firewall. It isn't heavy.

    Hello C.S.J

If it are known applications (white list) you will normally see only one pop-up. In the previous version you could enable the option always remember. I agree that with applications that use a different port each time you will receive lots of pop-up's. Y

I don't know if this would be a valid assessment or no but go to matousec.com and read their testing of the firewall for this product.Would this be considered a good testing procedure for firewalls? This was suggested to me by a friend.
