    Hello Tassie_Devils, sk, Octogen!

Thank you for this fine screenshot Tassie_Devils! I think it is good for all new users to see. Yes, to back up is important. It's the first thing you should think of before deleting keys. And never do stg unless you know what you're doing. Of course, there are keys we can be sure of but if we're not sure, I would say don't !--I read many people messages in another forums complaining about the way a "reg" messed up their system b'cause they did not used it properly-- At least, we can ask sbd's sound advice!
Yes, sk I like biking and used to go fast you see! :D
    Octogen you are wise! ;)
    Bye! Uguel

Although I use Registry Medic, I wish I'd known about RegSupreme before I bought it as I now find I like it much better. In contrast to RegMedic, RegSupreme has a far more intelligent and easy-to-use restore function. Also, unlike RegMedic which does just one type of run, RegSupreme offers the choice of three searches: Normal, Deep, and Extra Deep. And as software goes today it's also a remarkably cheap program.

Yes, it's all true. But I wouldn't use it - or any other cleaner - before first making a backup with my beloved ERUNT, a program that has saved my neck more than once.

    Cheers

RegSupreme is _definately_ the best IMO (although I usually run it after RegScrubXP and Jv16 Powertools....and it always finds more useless registry keys).

    Regards,
    Jade.

I use a combo of, jv16 1.3, regcleaner and regseeker. I have had no problems and before and after i back up my reg with regedit and with system restore.

Regcleaner and JV16 have worked great for me. You just have to be careful and not clean out the wrong things. :D
