Does True Image 11 Verify the Entire Backup Location?

With True Image 10 Home, when you store images in a Backup Location, if your backup task includes verification, instead of verifying only the backup you just created, the program verifies all the images in the Backup Location.

Does True Image 11 do this too?

 

I did see some Support comment about this earlier. I am fairly sure that this still happens as in Version 10 unless you run the validation as a separate operation.

I have not checked this myself and I have now removed V11 from my computer and have gone back to Version 10 so I am not able to check it out myself.

Unfortunately yes, TI11 still validates all your images, in the backup locations - hey continuity between versions is important, no?

 

That's really too bad. That's the annoying thing about True Image: It does basic disk imaging very well, but many of the ancillary functions - like verification - work as though they were coded by amateurs.
