Spy Sweeper 5.5.7.48 update

    Spy Sweeper has been updated to 5.5.7.48 on 20 Jul 07.

    As usual, no changelog is available.

    THIS IS AN INFORMATION POST

    Just upgraded to Spy Sweeper 5.5.7.48 TODAY.

    Ran a full scan on a 1.5GB RAM 3Ghz dual processor with both ASW and AV signatures in use

    Time=36 minutes
    SW definitions=182,248
    Registry= 119,800
    Files/Folders= 83,657 including my USB stick

    how many gb's are you using?
    and is that inportant infomation indicating that its slow or fast?

    I also bit the bullet and upgraded from v5.5.1.3356 on the XP box and didn't notice any difference in scan time, functionality or appearance.
    I didn't dig around in the settings to try and discover anything new either, since I just use it on-demand.
    At least it didn't cause any slow-downs, freezing or BSODs. :cool:
    Webroot is always slow producing their change logs.

    Actually, they never made available a changelog for any update release.:thumbd:

    So far this update has not shown up when I try to update. How do I get it then?
