I am running LnS 2.06 on the server PC with enhanced ruleset. The client PC doesn't have any firewall. I can access internet on the client PC through ICS if I shut down LnS. Can someone post the correct rules to make it work with LnS running ? Also please tell me where to place them.

The LnS official Web site has a section that allows its users to download/import popular rules. Here's the link to the ICS rule you're inquiring about:

    http://www.looknstop.com/En/rules/downloader.php?file=ics.rie
As to where to place the rules, I'm sure a more advanced user could answer that :) Since I don't use ICS I can't help you there.

    Good luck.

    Hi hanifv,

I am not sure if this will work in 2.06, but works correctly in 2.05
    From default rules:-
First select the "Authorize most common internet services", right click "Duplicate" open the rule and change the source ports to 60000-65535
Do the same for the "Authorize name resolution(DNS).

(The high ports (60000-65535) are needed for NAT)
