KIS 7.0 build 223 works fine......

then I saw build 225 so I uninstalled 223 and installed 225.....big mistake...my pc crawled....could not use mailwasher spamcop as 225 said www.spamcop was forbidden......so I completely uninstalled 225 and reinstalled build 223 and all is fine......1st time I had a hiccup with KIS....strange as 225 seems to work great for a lot of folks.....end of my story.

 

223 ? 225 ? do you mean 123 and 125 ? AFAIK KIS 7 latest version is .125

but only 124 is released, 125 is still unofficial

 

I have set Scan startup objects settings to scan at Minimum protection and Maximum speed, and my applications load faster now. I guess this is still a safe setting? Am I right? because the recommended setting took too long and things were running and loading too slow

 

125 is 124 with hotfix

 

You are even safe without the start up oblects scan. I'm not running it either

that's 124 vs 123
for now there are no official hotfixes for build 124, the latest klif hotfix is only available on a beta server. and it might change if there are issues with it

 

So which one works fast, it seems 123 works better and faster than 124 or 125.

 

Probably only you can answr this yourself, on mine 125 is the best yet after that 119/123.
