    You may need to clean out your Temporary files and Cookies, then uninstall and re-install the program.

    Did you have a trial version installed before or is this a trial version?

    I would download the TI 10 Trial again to be sure you didn't have a bad download.

    Also be sure to uninstall TI 10 before doing the reinstall.

    Hello trueimage,

    Thank you for your interest in Acronis Disk Backup Software.

    In order to solve this issue could you please download the latest version of Acronis drivers, unpack the archive, install unpacked MSI package.

    If the issue persists, please do the following in order to collect the information, which will help us to investigate the issue closely:

    - Replace C:\WINDOWS\system32\snapapi.dll with the one from the downloaded SnapAPI archive;

    - Reproduce the issue and collect the log file;

    - Get the log file without closing any application windows (including the error message windows if there are any). The log file will be created at C:\ . The name of the log file will be snapapi [date-time].log

    In addition, please create Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post and make a screen shot of the Device Tree application the way described in this previous post of mine.

    Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.

    Hello trueimage,

    Would like to mention that this issue most probably caused by some other software, which prevent Acronis True Image from installing all its components correctly. Thus, separate installation of the Acronis drivers could solve the issue.

    Thank you.

    Hello amb7247,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

    Could you please clarify, what version and build of Acronis True Image are you using? You can find the full version name and build number by going to Help -> About... menu in the main program window.
    Are there any error messages? When exactly do they appear? What exactly do they say?

    Thank you.
