Tag on Sent Emails

    Without entirely disabling ESS from scanning my outbound email (Outlook), how can I prevent ESS from adding the following tag to my sent emails: o_O

    And then do the same for POP3.

    This won't affect Outlook's POP3 email. Only the POP3 settings will affect it.

    IMO, this needs to change. Settings in the Outlook section, should affect anything done in Outlook, including POP3, while the POP3 setting should only affect any other email packages.

    I completely agree. As it is, it's misleading (and ineffective)!

    Right; changing the tag in the POP3 section (to Infected Only) did the trick -- there's little question that this is confusing for an Outlook user! :blink:

    I think if you only use Outlook, you can disable POP3 email scanning. This is what I always do.
