Why Eset is slow when adding signatures?

Its about 3 days that I sent a sample to Eset, and they didn´t added the signature yet. KAV didn´t detected it too, but I´ve sent the sample to them and 1 hour later they added the signature.

It may have been determined by Eset to not be a threat...

I bet they'll say it was not a "working" sample...

Haven't you been down this road before? A check of your previous posts suggests this is just a variation of a theme.

POS....I ask you to Please take a read of the below post by Anton concerning this very matter. Perhaps knowing a little more than what it apperas you do of how Eset reacts to virus samples will hopefully help deminish some of the threads you have started as of late :doubt:

Well, too many topics for this issue indeed. :D
But ESET should hire more employees for analysing samples. :p

Sometimes they add a sample after one, or two weeks after sending it, and other competitors in just one day.
I understand sometimes the malware is not functional and it's not a real threat but if so why do they still add it after a while? o_O
I don't want to start a fight with my post but hope ESET will improve and add faster signatures.

    Thanks for understanding! ;)

Maybe because they actually got a working sample?
