What Malware do I need to Worry About?

    Since I have AppGuard, and keep it in Locked-Down mode all the time unless installing something or playing Battlefield 3, what malware do I need protection against? Are keyloggers still a threat? Should I be worried about anything?

    From what I have seen appguard pretty much stops everything from running that's DLed from the browser.
