The info that has been revealed (that I remember)

    - Advanced & basic user interface
    - Import/Export settings from/to file (they are 90% sure about this feature)
    - No IMON but a new & improved http/pop3 scanner

    Argh can't wait :)

I'm generally not one to hop on the "when is it coming" bandwagon... but I think it would be nice if we had a general idea when we will see a beta... meaning 1Q06, 2Q06, 3Q06, 4Q06.

Never been a big fan of the whole 3DRealms Duke Nuke'em approach (When It's Done) and I can honestly say that if DNF ever comes out, I won't buy the game based on principle. George and the gang have been asshats and one has to question their ability to deliver these days.

It would definitely have to be the exception to the rule...

Really I hope if there's a suite in the future, you'll be able to install only certain components (just the AV, for example) and/or the quality or said other components, will be equal to the excellent AV ESET has provided us until now.

I wonder if there will be a rise in the cost of NOD32 with the firewall and AntiSpam. Rumpstah told me earlier that homeuser costs should not increase as new features are added...

Well, as someone who is (or perhaps, WAS) considering NOD....I certainly hope they are smart enough NOT to require users to install a security "suite", and continue to offer the stand-alone AV. Users who just want the anti-virus program should NOT be required to purchase and install all of the other components.

Have they not learned from how much people complain about the "McAfee SHOPPING Center"o_O

Me thinks that the quality of a Eset shopping center will be much better...

(BTW they have very nice shopping malls in Bratislava, you can sit there, sip coffee and watch the beautifull girls walk by... :ninja:  :D )

    LOL.

Anyway, I´d be happy if Eset had an official office here and not just resellers.
We have a lot of Shopping centers here.:D
