I received an email the other day informing me that I had just won $800,000 U.S. - :D Yeh, I sez to myself "when pigs fly", especially a lotto from Madrid. So I decided to do a bit of searching. The following is a site relating to this scam, there is a letter posted just like the one I received and the exchange of emails with another would be victim. It does get colorful as you read on. Enjoy and be warned not to take the bait if you receive such an email.

Meneer - When I have more time, will check out the site you mentioned. In the meantime fair warning to anyone receiving such an email as it sounds extremely convincing ......

I may even go to the police and help with a "sting". My friend who is ex top cop & ex Security & Intelligence, thinks we should go for a "sting". I think it might be interesting and a bit of fun working with the law to bring these crooks down!! :D

    LWM - :D :D :D

Sofar I found out that I really need a lot more time for this entertaining site. There are some recipies for dealing with this scamming, perhaps the cops can learn a few things too.

I say go for it Peaches. The server on the link you provided is located at 27 Penrose Avenue, Suite 405 Ontario, Canada N2A 4A4, affiliated with a mental health clinic (omit doctor's name) with a tech contact in Orlando, Fl. Not like it's in Moscow. With a little cooperation...who knows?
