unattended updates

I'd like to see a command line switch added that would download available updates and then protect against all new items (IOW preserve existing unselected items). It should be able to do this unattended. This way, I could add a Scheduled Task to keep my computers updated without having to go through the UI to update them every few days. Since the task would be checking daily, where I tend to check every 7-10 days, the computers would be better protected.
