unable to update

    o_O I attempted to update my protection list and was given a message that:
    "There was an error getting the update information file from the server. The swerver may be temporarily unavailable, or there may be a conflict with firewall software installed on your pc. The update information file may have also gotten corrupted during download. Please try again soon."

    I tried over and over again, changing settings each time and still no luck. I am frustrated about this.... can anyone help me?

    Hello Adrienne,

    I'm afraid that the Javacool update server is offline at the present time, but, it is expected to be back up in a few hours. Try to get the updates tomorrow and let us know if it is still not working.

    SpywareBlaster's last database update was Aug 22. If you have that date and 694 items in the Database Info section, you are up to date.
