I've downloaded the version 9 demo in an attempt to test and learn more about your software. I want to backup a number of hard drives on my Windows XP workstation to an external SCSI SDLT drive. This DLT drive is accessiable to the build-in Windows backup utility. However, it doesn't appear that the demo version supports SCSI devices. Can you tell me if your product will support my SuperDLT SCSI tape drive? Also, apparently only your "server" version supports backing up of dynamic disks. Would TrueImage v9 at least allow me to select folders and files from a dynamic disk for backup and restore?

    Regards,

    ~Steve

The description of TI9 states it will support SCSI devices. Is that function hidden or disabled in the demo version? Anyone knowo_O

    Hello SSmith,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

I regret to inform you that Acronis True Image 9.0 doesn't support SCSI tape drives. Please be aware that only enterprise versions of Acronis True Image support SCSI tape drives.

If you have any other questions please feel free to ask me.

    Thank you.
