Will there be an update from Wilders on the english version or translation of the New TC? Hope it comes soon!

Not likely - apart from the fact work is piling up already, the author from TC does not keep us up to date - probably other things to do as well.

    regards.

That's really unfortunate! I still using the old version of TC and it is really an excellent program that has the capabilities to alert users about any changes to registries and can choose to accept or deny them, and also monitor running processes in real-time that prevents from unauthorized modifications and terminations. I did not see any products out there that have these same kind of functions and it is free as well! Any suggestions of any commercial or free programs out there that do the same thing as TC? I still hope the english translation will eventually come through though! Anyway, Thanks for your reply, Paul!

Yes, Thomas Löffler did a great job with TH 6.x :D.

But as you can read on his homepage www.trojancheck.de:

Trojancheck 6 ist die letzte Version von Trojancheck (ja, die 5er sollte es auch schon sein ;)). Eine weitere Version wird es definitiv nicht mehr geben.

TrojanCheck 6 is the LAST TrojanCheck version (yes i know the version 5.x should allready be the last version ;)). There will be definitely no further TrojanCheck releases.

So I guess there won't be any english version. As far as I am informed Thomas works together with Tobias Graf and the guys from ewido on a new product called "ewido security suite".

    By the way:
Keep your frequences clear. A² will come and has nearly the same abilitys as TC and much more. So stay tuned ... :D.

Yeah! I have visited the new A² forum sometimes before. Really hope it can finally put out a program that is better than TC and not have to wait too long for us users this time.

In the meantime, I stick with the old version!

As far as I am informed a first preview version of the API protection layer will be released Sunday. Its compareable to the TrojanCheck guard but much more powerfull. I will post a few screenshoots as soon as Andreas sent me a preview :D.
