And not any word about false positives as if they don't exist at all.

All Anti-Spyware softwares are missing the feature "Report False Positive", a feature that would make it easier for the user to report false positives.
All data is available after the detection to make that report automatically and send it to the AS-company.
The only thing the user has to do is clicking the "Report False Positive" button. Maybe that would be too easy for the user.
I will never understand the Anti-Malware industry

I decided not to buy anymore any anti-spy software. I will trust my antivirus (that has a strong anti-spyware protection) plus some FREE applications.

Trend micro anti-spyware found a lot of false positives and even more with every new update... So has I am concerned, I certainly won't recommend this one and won't renew with them either!

    All AV/AS/AT/AK-scanners have false/positives.
The less-knowledgeable user doesn't recognize F/P's and will delete them and damage his system. That is a serious problem.

The knowledgeable user recognizes F/P's and he will normally report F/P's to the company, but sometimes not, because he is too lazy or has no time to collect all the F/P-data, to look for the email-address, to type the email and to send the email. All that takes some time to do this.
If each scanner has a "Report F/P" button, these knowledgeable users need only one second to send an automated F/P-report to the company, the company can fix it and give every user a faster updating.
This way alot of less-knowledgeable users will be saved from deleting these F/P's. That was my point. :)

If nobody sends these F/P's to Trend Micro, Trend Micro will never be able to fix them.
If Trend Micro knows about these F/P and does NOT fix them, then you have all reasons to ditch Trend Micro's AS scanner.
It's up to the knowledgeable users to report these F/P's and to check if the company really fixed it.
Who else is able to do this ?

Hi ErikAlbert, there is some of the actual F/P that I have sent over and over to Trend Micro and Intermute before and those F/P still there and like I have said, at every new update, I got some new F/P wich is unaceptable as I am concern... In the end, I am sick and tired to report F/P that never got resolved by Trend Micro. And as you said, it is, like in this case, difficult to report them F/P and generally the people in the first line don't even know what is a F/P wich is a very frustrating situation!!!

If Trend Micro doesn't care about THEIR mistakes in spite of all your reports, I would consider this even as an insult and I would ditch their AS scanner and stop recommending it.
In this case, I fully agree with you Atomas
