    Hello,

I've been reading the manual of nod32 version 5 and in the manual it says that both Anti-Stealth and ThreatSense are there to detect and prevent rootkits.
    Code:
ThreatSense technology also successfully eliminates rootkits.
    Code:
Anti-Stealth technology provides effective rootkit detection.
So I don't really get it... what if I disable Anti-Stealth? Will I still have the same functionality?

I would appreciate it if somebody have more info on this.

    Many thanks in advance,

You would have limited functionality, not recommended.

ThreatSense.Net has evolved to Live Grid so it's a system that helps ESET react to newly emerging threats quickly and thus keep computers of our users safe.
Anti-Stealth is a technology making active rootkits "visible" to ESET's scanners.
