tds speech again.

Hi folks,

I've finally gotten around to trying the speech in TDS, i've read most of what was written by Jooske and others and so far understand that I have to disable the SAPI5 and install SAPI4 in order for this to work .
The problem is, I can't find SAPI5 to disable it .
I'm using XP pro and under speech in my control panel it only allows me to change the voice and speed of the speaker nothing else , has anyone found where to disable SAPI5 in win XP?

I have the speech working, and I have never had to disable SAPI5, just installed SAPI4 and the L&H TT3000 language file, and TDS was speaking on Voice's 1and 2.

Right you are, speech is up and running . I didn't think I could run one program over the newer version but as you said it works fine.
