    hello,

i am considering purchasing ESET, but what assurance do i have that my username and password will not be compromised by hackers and released on internet blogs, ultimately leading to a deactivation of the license? i do not wish to frequently go through such occurrences.

i would think the same assurances as everybody else and no less than any other av offers. Unlikely as it may be what users allow to happen is a different matter.
